Dr. Holly Steuerwald has been practicing small animal medicine in upstate New York for the past decade. Dr. Holly is a native of Columbia County, having attended Ichabod Crane Central schools before going on to St. Lawrence University and later Ross University School of Veterinary Medicine. Her clinical interests include behavior, fear-free medicine, all aspects of feline medicine, helping owners manage chronic medical conditions, and assuring a great quality of life for our aging patients. Outside of work, Dr. Holly can be found spending time with her husband and daughter, their 2 dogs (a border collie and a sheltie), 4 cats and 2 guinea pigs. If she can sneak away from all of that, she also enjoys her perennial gardens, feeding and watching wild birds, and horseback riding.
